It truly takes a village to make a wedding all come together! Having friendly, hardworking, vendors supporting you on your big day can greatly reduce stress and your workload…remember that you should enjoy this day and not work it!
We have compiled a list of vendors at varying price ranges that consistently make our clients happy. We have been impressed with the following vendors who have worked onsite at The Brightside at least once, if not many weddings at our venue, or we are total fans of their work and can't wait for them to be here soon!
P.S. - The Brightside doesn't get a "kick-back" for recommending any of these vendors. We honestly can say that we recommend them because we have had a great experience, and we like them! (But as with any important decision, please do your own due diligence with vendor interviews, reading reviews, etc.)

PLEASE make sure that we know about your rental orders by including the ‘Rental Contract Number’ with your Online Planner. You also need to email your Rental Contract to us 2 weeks before your event date.
We often do 3 events each weekend and it’s amazing how many random rental orders show up here at bizarre dates and times. We want to ensure that your rental order arrives in time for your event AND that it goes to the correct event.

Music - DJ’s
Many DJ’s also provide ceremony sound/music, lighting, photo booths, and extra flourishes. Be sure to ask them about all their services.

Ceiling Swag and Draping
ONLY insured approved companies can hang anything from our ceilings including draping, swagging, lighting, flowers, balloons, etc.
The Brightside has several different lighting and draping add-on options available to you. However, should you want something more specific or dramatic we recommend…

**Sweet Olive Weddings is banned from our facility
Balloon Installations
Please note that only insured balloon companies can use helium balloons.
Transportation
Have guests staying downtown at a hotel? Book a Gest Cart to make short trips back and forth to their downtown hotel without having to Uber. Carts are enclosed, have LED lighting and music so it feels like the party continues on their way to the hotel!
***Banned Vendors: Unfortunately due to past experiences with these vendors, they are not permitted to work at The Brightside. Brightside Add-On Decor
We include a lot of decor with your rental of The Brightside. However, we know that you sometimes want to add a little extra pizzaz so we have some additional lighting and draping options available.
