The Brightside Open Houses
Our Open Houses are the perfect time for couples who have already booked The Brightside to come back and revisit the venue.
During this time we’ll be on hand to answer any planning questions you may have. You’re also welcome to bring any centerpiece ideas you want to try out. We will have sample linens for you to try on tables. Some of our preferred vendors will also be on hand for you to meet.
If you have NOT booked your event with us, you are still welcome to attend an Open House. We just ask that you let us know in the form below so that we can connect with you during the event to say “Hello!” We wouldn’t want you to miss any of the important details!
2024 Open House Dates
Come tour The Brightside for the first time or revisit and soak in our spaces. There will be inspirational decor, meet with vendors, and be able to try out your centerpieces, do a ceremony rehearsal, and check some major planning “To Do’s’” off your list!

What to Expect:
If you’re a couple that has NOT booked The Brightside yet, we will have private tours available the following day after the Open House. We love for you to come see while it’s all decorated and you can soak in the ambiance of an actual event, but we also know it’s hard to have one-on-one planning conversations. A private tour the following day makes it much easier for you to get all your questions answered.
For already booked couples, plan for up to a 2-hour visit bringing any of your vendors who have questions about working in our space, your planning squad, or even plan to come and walk through your ceremony rehearsal.
We will have (basic/popular colors) sample table linens on display for you to see on tables. You’re welcome to bring your own linens or any centerpiece ideas you're considering to see how they look in the space.
Some of our preferred wedding vendors will be on hand (their schedules permitting) for you to meet and/or gather their information.
We highly recommend that you browse and start to fill in your Brightside Online Planner before the open house as it usually reminds you what’s still needed on your ‘to-do’ list.
Please have your questions written down and ready to go for your visit. We’ll have staff on hand to help with planning questions.
