It’s helpful to have a clear idea of your total wedding budget before visiting.
We want you to have the wedding of your dreams, and that experience should come without budgetary stress!
Your budget will affect whether The Brightside or any other venue for that matter will work for your finances and vision. While The Brightside can be great as-is or dressed to the nines, your budget needs to be considered before you book any venue.
Ultimately your venue and reception (catering, DJ, linen rentals) will represent around 60% of your entire wedding budget. Knowing your total wedding budget it will make your venue decision easier.
Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
Because dates book quickly and go to the first person to return their contract and retainer it’s best to have any important decision-makers with you for your tour.
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.

As you can see from our nearly sold out 2023 calendar, we stay extremely busy! Between weddings, corporate events, concerts and shows, there is no shortage of cool events that are looking to book with The Brightside.
As you can imagine…running a solidly booked calendar would get tricky without all of our processes and paperwork in place!
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
This gives us the opportunity to give your appointment time to another couple or means we can take our dog, Max, for a bike ride.
He loves those!
