Sample Upside Loft Floor Plans

The Upside Loft is most traditionally used as a getting-ready space or to host your ceremony. The floor plans included are for the most popular ceremony setups that we see. Periodically, we will host small weddings, bridal showers, or rehearsal dinners in the loft and you will see a sample floor plan for that as well.

NOTE: that there IS AN ELEVATOR to the Upside Loft! Please note, the elevator must be operated by a member of The Brighside team, so please ask for assistance.

Ceremony Set for Maximum Loft Capacity at 200

Loft ceremony setup is not included with your venue rental. Most families have interest in participating in the day, and helping with ceremony chairs is a good task to delegate and get family and friends involved! You have access to 80 free mismatched vintage chairs, or 175 white padded chairs.

If you’d like our team to handle this for you, ceremony setup is $1 per chair to set up the chairs, and $1 per chair to put them away.

Loft Reception/Party with Long Tables

This setup for a small reception sat 74 people including the bride and groom. This is the maximum guest configuration that we recommend.

You have access to 90 free mismatched vintage chairs, or white padded chairs.

Loft Reception/Party with Round Tables

This setup for a small reception sat 66 people including the bride and groom.

You have access to 90 free mismatched vintage chairs, or 175 white padded chairs.
