Brightside Decor Inventory (Main Floor + Patio)
These are the included (unless noted) inventory items found on the main floor of The Brightside. They can be used in the Ballroom, Vod-Vil Bar, or on the Patio (weather permitting). Note: Many of our items like Vintage Chairs and Archs are one-of-a-kind items. Sadly, we cannot guarantee their availability if they were damaged during a prior event.

23 QTY 5ft Wood Tables
5ft Round Tables can seat 8 comfortably or up to 10 people; however, it gets very tight.

4 QTY 8ft Wood Tables
Typically used for food/gift tables, but can also be used for dining. Sits 8 (4 per side) tables are 30” wide.

Features a black vinyl padded seat.
They can be used in the Ballroom or for ceremony seating on the Patio. Support up to 500lbs.
3 QTY 4ft WHT Plastic Tables
Typically used for cake, gift, or sweetheart table. Tables are 30” wide.

6 QTY 6ft WHT Plastic Tables
Typically used for food/gift tables, but can also be used for dining. Sits 6 (3 per side) tables are 30” wide.

Barstools in the Vodvil Bar or added to Tall Bistro Tables on the Patio (weather permitting) or in the Ballroom for cocktail hour seating.
15 QTY Metal Lanterns
Typically used in the Vodvil Bar. Has LED lights inside. 6” tall x 4” wide
14 QTY 30” Cafe Tables
These are typically used in the Vodvil Bar for cocktail hour seating, but Cafe Table’s can also be used for your cake or a sweetheart table.

Used in the Vodvil Bar with Cafe Tables for cocktail hour seating.
4 QTY Whitewash Columns
Can be used to line ceremony walkway, candle holders, flowers, etc. 12" x 12" x 41" tall
Black Drape
Goes across the back of the stage to cover up backstage storage. Can be swapped with the Grey Drape.

Grey Drape
Goes across the back of the stage to cover up backstage storage. Grey is a mid to light tone shade of grey.

White Sheer Drape
Goes across the back of the stage in over either the grey or black drape. It adds a softer more romantic feeling to the drape.

1 QTY Chevron Backdrop
Can be used for ceremony or cake backdrop, seating chart, memory wall, etc. Made from reclaimed wood. 6' tall x 90" wide
Ballroom Chalk Wall
10' high by 22' wide - See the Vendors page for artist referrals, or you can design your own. Must use washable chalk.
Steinway Concert Grand Piano
Due to size and weight, the Grande Piano has to remain on the stage. There is an additional charge to use it, which covers the cost to have it professionally tuned. It usually costs around $200.
1 Set Cornhole Boards
Includes 8 bean bags for playing.
8 QTY Square Silver Tables
These matte silver 42” x 42” tables are perfect for cocktail hour on the patio. Includes 36 chairs.
1 QTY Marquee Sign
Vintage lit marquee sign with letters - a great place to put your names, wedding date, or wedding hashtag.
8' wide x 3' tall with 4 rows for lettering. Holds a max of 25 characters & spaces per line.
Upside Loft Decor Inventory
These are the included inventory items found on the second floor of The Brightside. If you need round or banquet tables upstairs, please let us know in advance as it requires additional labor to make that happen. Large decor items like the bar, large grey doors, and hexagon arch cannot be moved to the main level; they are loft decor only due to size and weight.

Rent a digital projector from us for $50 to project your design on the wall to trace. Bring your own laptop and necessary cords.

White Sheer Drape
This drape usually goes along the main focal point wall in the loft to soften the look for ceremonies as well as help reduce any echo. 38’ wide x 12’ tall
175 QTY White Folding Chairs
All white new matching folding chairs with white padded seat in the loft.
1 QTY Large Bi-fold Grey Doors
86” wide x 94’ tall (These are very heavy and need at least two strong people to move.)
Inspiration Look:
White Sheer Drape across back/North ceremony wall with Hexagon Arch, and a combination of Vintage and White Ceremony Chairs.
Rafter Sheer Drape Add-On
Brightside staff will install 6 panels of Sheer White Rafter Drape, which you can also add LED uplighting to each panel for an added touch (looks really pretty for weddings near sunset). This adds a light and airy romantic look to the loft.
Drapes $45 each or 6 for $200
LED Uplights $75 each or 6 for $400 (If you rent them once, you can use them in ceremony and ballroom both. It will just be up to you to move them down into the ballroom).
Please note that if you’re at (or near) full occupancy with your guest list, there will not be room in your floor plan to add these drapes.
