Let’s be honest: decorating an event space can get complicated quickly. Suddenly, you’re coordinating table rentals, comparing linen colors, searching for centerpieces, figuring out ceremony backdrops, and wondering how on earth you’re supposed to get everything set up on time.
We decided to make that a whole lot easier.
Our all-inclusive packages feature a thoughtfully curated collection of decor designed to complement The Brightside’s industrial-chic style while leaving room for your own personality.
Here’s a peek at what’s included in the wedding package:
Beautiful chandeliers and ceiling swagging to add dimension and style to the ballroom.
Tables and chairs to get your reception set up and ready for guests.
Ceremony backdrop options to create a beautiful spot for saying “I do.”
An in-house centerpiece collection with stylish options to complete your tables.
More than 20 linen and napkin color options to help coordinate your event palette.
Personalized chalk art to add a custom touch to the space.
And the best part? We handle the decor setup for you!
That means no hauling boxes, arranging centerpieces, or asking your friends to arrive hours early to help decorate. You can walk into a beautifully prepared space and focus on the good stuff.
Want to bring in fresh flowers, a sentimental keepsake, or another personal detail? Absolutely! There’s still room to make the space your own. Think of our collection as your stylish starting point, not a limit on your creativity. We will help you set up one 36 gallon tub of decor, but if you have more just know that we already did the bulk of the work so whoever you assign to add more decor has an easier job.
Easy doesn't have to mean ordinary. We’ve put a lot of thought into making the decor beautiful, versatile, and easy to personalize without creating another to-do list for you.

2. Catering and Bar? Consider the Guesswork Gone.
If there’s one part of event planning that can send people down a rabbit hole, it’s food and beverage.
How many appetizers should you order? Will everyone want chicken? How many beers will your uncle drink? And should you offer a signature cocktail, two signature cocktails, or just give everyone a very long list of options?

For our all-inclusive weddings, we’ve partnered with a fantastic local caterer who regularly works at The Brightside. They know the space, know how events flow here, and help make menu selection much simpler.
Instead of starting from scratch and coordinating a separate catering experience, you’ll have a streamlined way to choose delicious food for your celebration.
And we haven’t forgotten the bar!
Your package includes up to 5.5 hours of a variety of beer, wine, and seltzers, along with up to two of our house signature cocktails. You can make a few selections that fit your celebration without having to build an entire beverage plan from the ground up.
Oh, and dessert is covered, too!
From your catering selections to your bar and dessert, we’ve taken some of the biggest planning decisions and made them much easier to manage.
Because your job should be to enjoy cocktail hour, not calculate the ratio of cheese cubes to guests.

3. The Details Are Covered, but Your Wedding Still Feels Like YOU.
We know what you might be thinking: “All-inclusive sounds amazing, but does that mean my wedding will look just like everyone else’s?”
Not at all!
We’ve taken care of many of the behind-the-scenes decisions that can bog down your planning process, but we’ve intentionally left room for the details that make your celebration personal.
You can still choose the photographer whose work makes you swoon, the hair and makeup team you feel comfortable with, the officiant who will tell your story, and the fresh flowers that bring your vision to life.
These choices are personal, and we think you should have a say in them.
Of course, finding great vendors can take time. That’s why we’re happy to share recommendations from our list of trusted professionals. These are people we know, have seen work at The Brightside, and feel good about referring to our clients.
And just so you know, we don't receive kickbacks for our referrals. Our recommendations are based on experience and the relationships we’ve built with vendors who do great work.
You’re always welcome to explore your options, ask questions, and choose the professionals who are right for you. We simply want to make that process easier.

Some couples want to make a few decisions and let a trusted team handle the details. Others want to work with a wedding planner, source specialty rentals, and customize their event from the ground up.
Both approaches are welcome here!
With our all-inclusive wedding packages, you can enjoy a more streamlined experience with key elements already thoughtfully selected and coordinated.
With a traditional Brightside venue rental, you have the freedom to bring in your preferred vendors and customize your celebration to your heart’s content. We'll still be here to answer questions, help you understand how the space works, and point you toward great vendor resources.
And while our new all-inclusive wedding packages are designed for couples, we're also bringing this easier approach to corporate events. Whether you're planning a company celebration, client appreciation event, or another gathering, the goal is the same: less time managing logistics and more time enjoying the experience.
